Oval ceramic tray designed to hold the Kiddush cup, the spice bowl, and the small candle glass used during the Havdalah ritual.

Symbol & Tradition

Designed with clarity of form and purpose, this small oval tray brings structure to the Havdalah ritual.
Its proportions are carefully conceived to accommodate: a Kiddush cup for the wine,a small cup for the Havdalah candle, and a compact bowl for the spices.
Rooted in Bauhaus principles of functionality and essential design, this piece elevates ritual through simplicity.                                                                       Havdalah marks  the gentle crossing from sacred time to ordinary time.             It does not close the Shabbat, it carries its light forward. The flame awakens clarity, the wine gathers joy, the spices console the soul, and separation becomes a blessing.
Havdalah teaches discernment without rupture, to leave the sanctuary while bringing its peace into the week.
It reminds us that holiness is not confined to rest, but revealed in how we return to action.

Size / Dimensions: 26,5 x 13,2cm

Material / Composition: 100% Glazed Ceramic

Handmade by artisans in India. Potential slight variations of shape, color and dimension should be considered as natural particularities of a hand-crafted production process. Each Maison Rahel ceramic piece is handcrafted and kiln-fired at high temperatures. Due to the thickness of the ceramic and the natural firing process, slight variations or small marks may appear; these are inherent to artisanal production and do not affect the strength, durability, or quality of the piece.
